The Office of the MARA is a discrete office attached to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. The Office of the MARA administers the functions of the Migration Agents Registration Authority, which is set out in s316 of the Migration Act 1958 (the Act).

MIA:

The Migration Institute of Australia is the professional association for Australian migration service providers worldwide, working together for the benefit of Australia.

The MIA represents almost 2,000 registered migration agents who provide professional migration services to families, businesses and industries throughout Australia.

Bupa Medical Visa Services operate medical centres around Australia on behalf of the Department of Immigration and Border protection (DIBP) to provide immigration health examinations to Australian visa applicants.
